Tips to prevent osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a condition where bones become brittle, low bone density. Women who are menstruating, giving birth and breast-feeding, vulnerable to the risk of osteoporosis. Here are tips for preventing osteoporosis:

1. a balanced Nutrition (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals) and not too much

2. consume less snacks,sweet cakes

3. multiply the consumption of high fiber foods such as vegetables and fruit

4. drink milk without the fat or low fat

5. For sources of protein to consume meat, skinless chicken, fish and nuts

6. avoid the use of drugs that increase the passions

7. Exercising 2x/minggu


8. Consult with a nutritionist
